To keep your garage door and opener performing at their best, regular maintenance is key. We recommend an annual service starting from the date of purchase to ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability. Servicing is required at years 3 & 5 to maintain your opener’s warranty. For full warranty details, please refer to the final page of your owner’s manual.
The myQ App is compatible with Apple devices operating on the three latest versions of iOS. Apple Watch requires watchOS 9 or higher, and Android devices must be running Android 7.1 Nougat or higher. Windows devices are not supported.
Please note that as new versions of the myQ App are released, older versions of iOS and Android operating systems may no longer be compatible.
myQ will only work with Sectional Garage Doors.
